Like the way waves hit the sand

It's bittersweet

Every memory

Flows in

Flows away

Return yesterday

You're home

I'm waiting through

This life on my own

I love you

You're not here but

I can feel

Come back

Just for a day

You were real

Now you're a thought

A wish

Praying to someone

Is anyone even there

Whistling back

Blow away my sorrow

Let me see him again

Let me meet you

Bring me home

Meet me on the front porch

The back deck

The rooftop

Wherever

Take me home to you
